Three Ways to Start
Visit the showroom
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours; no appointment needed. See cabinetry, countertop, and tile displays in person and sit down with a designer.
Book a free design consultation
Start with the form above, a call, a text, or in person. A senior designer walks the showroom with you and turns your ideas into 3D renderings, completely complimentary.
Schedule a free in-home estimate
A professional visits your home, takes exact measurements, and you receive a fixed, itemized quote before committing to anything.
A Simple Way to Start
You reach out
By form, phone, text, email, or in person at the Old Town showroom. Tell us roughly what you want to change.
We call you back within one business day
A local Alexandria designer follows up to schedule your free design consultation at the showroom or a free in-home estimate.
You see your project before you commit
Detailed 3D renderings and a fixed, itemized quote come first. You only move forward once everything fits your style and budget.
What Stands Behind the Phone Number
Class A Contractor License
Remodeling work is performed under a Class A Contractor License, and the company is licensed and insured. License documentation is displayed at the showroom for you to review.
Workmanship warranty
Workmanship is covered by a one-year warranty as standard, extending to two years on select projects, alongside manufacturer warranties on most materials we install.
Nationwide experience, local team
Behind the Alexandria showroom stands Kitchen and Bath Shop, a remodeling company serving homeowners across multiple U.S. markets; the team and accountability are here in Old Town.
Who You'll Actually Be Talking To
Walk in without an appointment. The floor is laid out as full vignettes, so you see cabinetry, counters and tile together rather than as loose samples.
Who we serve

FAQs About Contacting Us
What happens after I submit the contact form?
A local Alexandria designer calls you back within one business day to learn about your project and schedule your free design consultation, either at the Old Town showroom or at your home for a free in-home estimate. If you would rather skip the form, call or text (571) 257-7023 directly.
Do I need an appointment to visit the Old Town Alexandria showroom?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Booking ahead ensures a designer is free to walk the displays with you; for a full design consultation rather than a quick look, scheduling in advance is the more reliable option.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. You can call or text the Alexandria design team at (571) 257-7023 during business hours. Texting works well for sharing photos of your current kitchen or bathroom before your consultation.
What should I have ready for my first conversation?
Nothing is required, but a few photos of your current space, a rough idea of what you want to change, and a comfortable budget range help the conversation move faster. Exact measurements are not needed; a designer takes those during your free in-home visit.
Ready When You Are
Message us, call or text, or walk into the showroom at 130 N Pitt St. However you reach us, the next step is the same: a free design consultation with no pressure to commit.
